Refund Policy


Effective Date: January 01,2025

At LevelUp Juniors, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences for every child. We understand that plans can change, and we want to be transparent about how refunds are handled.


1. Trial Classes

  1. If a trial class is offered, it is completely free.
  2. There is no charges for trial class if the student does not attend after booking.

2. Regular Classes and Programs

  1. Full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class.
  2. If cancellation is made within 48 hours before the class starts, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  3. No refund will be provided once the first class has been attended.


3. Monthly/Subscription Plans

  1. Parents may cancel a subscription with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  2. No partial refunds will be issued for classes already attended or if the student misses classes without prior notice.

 

4. Class Rescheduling

  • We understand emergencies happen! If your child misses a class:

          1.  A make-up class may be arranged at our discretion, based on teacher availability.

  •       2.Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling eligibility.

 

5. Program Cancellation by LevelUp Juniors

  1. If we cancel a class or course due to unforeseen circumstances (teacher unavailability, technical issues, etc.), a class reschedule will be offered without any cost.

  1. Student’s full name
  2. Course or class name
  3. Reason for refund request
  4. Date of payment

We will process eligible refunds within 7 working days of approval.
