3. Payments & Refunds

4. Missed classes due to student absence will not be refunded but may be rescheduled if applicable.

4. Class Conduct & Code of Behavior

1. Students are expected to behave respectfully and attentively during classes.
2. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from a class without refund.
3. Any use of abusive language or misconduct by students or parents will lead to immediate termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, materials, and curriculum provided by LevelUp Juniors are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any material without our written consent.

6. Privacy

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. In such cases, an alternative session will be offered.
